Looks like team and county will share the burden.

I still think it is stupid to put this much reinvestment into an open air stadium. It would elimiante he need for a practice field if a dome or retractable roof. They coud build a 20 story parking garage where the practice fied sits right now that could be used for parking for Paycor and GAB. They could also use Paycor year round for income.

I just know as a former long term season ticket holder, heavy winds, rain, snow or extremely cold weather made some games unwatchable.
