This is not true. Milton Williams signed a 104 million contract, yet only 51 million is guaranteed at signing. That is less than 50% guaranteed money. This is closer to te norm in the NFL, the Bengals follow the norm, they are not doing less than other teams.If you take total guarntees, it i still only 63 million.
