Is Shemar holding out?

My optimism of Shemar is that he's supposedly a good run defender. So if those that see the disruptiveness are right and Shemar is a monster in the NFL, great! But, at the very least, between Shemar and Slayton (and maybe Burks), we should, at the very least, be much improved in the run game.
