I get Trey is underpaid. But to think on his 3rd contract he is going to get paid like a second contract is not realistic in my opinion.

Also, Trey received a bonus which is not calculated in your numbers. It is worth 5 million in 2025 if they tear up the 2025 contract. He received that money upfront.
