Yep, it's a Bengal's thing.
No one said the Bengals were the only one not to sign thier 1st rd pick. He's one of the few, if not the only one, that's not practicing specifically because the Bengals are putting new language in his contract.
Everyone else does it one way, the Bengals want Stewart to do it a different way.
