I haven’t really followed the gossip wassap with Jermaine Burton?

It's not Iosivas vs Boyd.
It's Boyd vs Gesicki, the team's 3rd option now.
Iosivas should be compared to the team's 4th option when Boyd was on the team.

Bengals evolved their offense to focus more on TE in the passing game once Boyd left.

I don't think WR3 has to be the 3rd option in the offense nor has to have 600+ yards of production.

It's not Boyd vs Gesicki because in 2024 Iosivas was on the field for 892 offensive snaps. Gesicki was on the field for 523.

Iosivas got a massive workload and produced incredibly little in return and what he did produce was VERY inefficiently done.

You can throw ME out there for 900 snaps and I will turn in 0 catches for 0 yards.
You put Drew Sample out there for 10 snaps and he gets 1 catch for 4 yards.

Doesn't mean that Drew Sample was a higher option than me just because he outproduced me, it means I was a higher option for the team but I was just terrible and didn't belong out there and couldn't turn that massive amount of opportunities into production.

No team's 4th option is playing 892 offensive snaps at WR. So NO, Iosivas shouldn't be compared to them.
