Mad Maxx plays like every snap for the Raiders and is probably the most disruptive End in the league in both the run and passing game.

It's not crazy talk. Last year, Maxx wasn't even top 20 in total pressures so he's not the most disruptive. 

And by the highly subjective PFF grade, he's only (T)14th in run defense, (T)34th in tackles, 23rd in stops and he's middle of the pack in missed tackle percentage.
