That small office has actually been to the SB and AFC championship game 2 out of the past 35 years.  Yes, things have trended way up since we lucked into being awful enough to draft Burrow, but that doesn't mean decades of the Mike Brown way leading to bupkus are wiped clean and our FO gets automatic validation.

We were a few lucky/unlucky bounces away from missing out on Burrow and seeing this genius FO try to build a winner around Tua.  Burrow is almost certainly to the Bengals what Michael Jordan is to the Chicago Bulls...we ain't won shite before he got here, and we ain't gonna win shite when he's gone.  Seeing this FO continue their decades-long not-that-winning-trend of counting nickels during Burrow's career is nerve wracking.
