He’s been paid well by the bengals. And if he’s reasonable he’ll get 50-65 mil more over the next 3 years.

If you read some of our fans, it is impossible for any player to break out after 3 years.

Who knows maybe Murphy and Ossai can be a lot better. Maybe Volson can become better.

As far as his start, it cost him money already. I do think he deserves a nice raise in 2025 and an incentive laden contract in 2026 and 2027. The probem appears he wants more than the FO is willing to pay and guarantee. 

I think if he believes in himself, he could get 70 to 90 million minimum, but only 50% guaranteed, the rest based on him staying on the field and sacking the QB a lot. I have posted ways to strcture a contract that helps remove the risk from the Bengals while giving him the potential to earn 30 million a year for the next 3 years.
