He needs to realize that no other team is going to offer him this kind of money, especially at age 30, so he needs to put pride aside and realize that this is still a lot of money, even if it hurts his pride that it's not as much as he thinks he's worth.
I have been seeing some new trade rumors like to the Colts and Seahawks, which it might not be the first rounder that we asked for, but I heard a 2nd and a high rounder in 2027, so we'd be saving ourselves the headache and financial burden, while getting some value for him.
