Why wouldnt he ask for a new contract next year? He has already proven he will ask for a new contract after he has already signed one the previous year. I mean the guy asked for a new contract just 2 years into his 4 year contract after coming off a season where he posted just 8 sacks which put him as 18th best DE in the NFL for sacks. You cant trust Hendrickson to play out his contract before demanding a new contract.
