I have said it many times, restructure for 2025 with incentives for sacks and games played. Make him earn the extra raise in 2025, I think if Trey feels he will get 15 to 18 sacks again, he should not be offended he has to produce to get it.

Rumors are he was offered 28 million guaranteed in 2025, yet said no. Which side is attempting to compromise and which side is not?

1.) 28 Million dollars isn't market value for an elite pass rusher. This has proven with the Daniel Hunter, Max Crosby, and Myles Garrett contracts. The FO is acting in bad faith by giving him that type of deal.

2.) The FO isn't willing to compromise on contract structure and their not willing to give out guaranteed money. So they are clearly not willing to compromise on deals.
