I have said it many times, restructure for 2025 with incentives for sacks and games played. Make him earn the extra raise in 2025, I think if Trey feels he will get 15 to 18 sacks again, he should not be offended he has to produce to get it.

2.) The FO isn't willing to compromise on contract structure and their not willing to give out guaranteed money. So they are clearly not willing to compromise on deals.
