There is no current market that is a substantial improvement over Cincinnati either do to size or for cost reasons.  Then when you add the legal hoop that an ownership group would have go through(do to the Browns law in Ohio) + a relocation fee + a likley billion dollar settlement with Cincinnati.(see St.louis) I just don't see anyone willing doing that outside of Bezos, Musk, or the Saudi royal family.

Of course he moved to larger market but, had friends in st louis, he  they knew he was taking them to any better market shortly after buying them..
