I agree with the FO. They have him under contract for 2025. They can franchise him for 2026 if he does play in 2025, if not he loses a ton of money. Players playing chicken with our front office do not win histprically.

I suggest he show up to work at mandatory camp this week and show he has some flexibility, otherwise I say the team should play hard ball and tell him to kiss their ass.
Except 28 million is less than current market value of an ege rusher. So no the FO are not being fair and are clearly  the problem here.
