He is under contract. The Bengal's determine his market value, not you or anyone else. Purdy played for 1 million dollars for multiple years. He was screwed, but that is the busness in the NFL. I did see SF running to give him more money.

Also, a 28 million dollar offer is clsoer to 31 million a year if you factor in bous money he got in 2022 to extend him the last time. Many like to ignore that portion.
