The Bengals have been known to drag their feet when cutting a player. Pratt didn't exactly hide his displeasure here. Kind of makes me think it's the Bengals being petty and letting him sit while all the other free agents get signed and chew up most of the money that's available. I wouldn't put anything past Mike Brown
