So, it would be 3 years total with no guaranteed money in 2027.

I think that is very fair, but hearing Bengals made Trey another offer yesterday (Bengals trying)  and he refused it appears Trey wants too much still.

I am not sure Trey would accept this deal. 

I still believe the best way forward is the 12 million bonus in 2025 and then heavy incentives without major guarantees in 2026 (some guaranteed but not more than 60%) and no guarantee in 2027 could work. Make the incentives so he can earn even more than the 31 million (15.8 + 3 signing bonus + 12 new signing bonus) in 2025 as well.

Give him an incentive of 500K a sack starting at #15. Ths=is way he gets 17 sack again in 2025, he makes an extra 1.5 million.
