Stewart's agent is Zachary Hiller of Loyalty Above All Sports and Entertainment. He is a younger agent having been NFLPA certified since 2014. Here is a list of their clients.

I don't know anything about the reputation of either agency but perhaps a look at their clients will provide some hints if someone is familiar with or looks into how negotiations have gone with those players.
It surprises me as neither has had a ton of clients with huge NFL success. Why would Trey not get a great agent with a great history with NFL contracts?
Maybe Trey is giving the agent too much leeway. It is hard to say, the agent has to be motivated to get an extension, otherwise he does not get paid this year for all his work.
