Will Trey skip mandatory practices next week?

Maybe Trey is giving the agent too much leeway. It is hard to say, the agent has to be motivated to get an extension, otherwise he does not get paid this year for all his work.

Trey seems like he might be a loyal guy. The agent also appears to be more focused on what his client wants. These two things are speculation but the 1 year extension seems to point to this. Trey wasn't happy and took the 1 year deal probably being loyal and taking it believing if he did well the Bengals would pay him. Also the agent takes the deal I can only assume because Trey wanted to take it the low guarantees also point to just getting deals done that Trey wanted.

Trey has said the years are the sticking point everything else is negotiable. So that has to be the sticking point in my mind the numbers are out there to know what range he needs to be in. The Bengals probably really don't want to give him the years now they drafted to 1st rd DEs in the last 3 years. Just not very good planning on theyre part in my opinion.
