Is Shemar holding out?

For a guy with 4.5 total sacks in college, sitting out and then leaving minicamp, and the interactions with the media is not the best way to start out an NFL career. Does he think he is entitled to as much money as possible because of those 4.5 sacks or something? He is nothing more than a slightly high risk with slightly high reward first round pick, yet he is acting like he is the next coming of Lawrence Taylor or something where he doesn't need to practice.

That's my take today with him. In regards to the Bengals however, I can side with them on this but if the situation gets worse, then it's fair game to criticize them for drafting him in the first place.
