And when you put this all together Stewart is in the wrong here. The clause is not unreasonable and his agent and father are approaching this literally the wrongest way possible. Also remember a red flag teams had on Stewart was this agent. He needs to do a Tee, fire this clown and hire one who understands what negotiating is and tell his Dad to zip it for a while.
