Maybe just doesn't trust the Bengals to have that much ability to take back money. And if he does commit some horrible act, there's no gameday check in jail. He doesn't seem like a guy with criminal issues, but if he did, he should not have been on our draft board to begin with. guess they could know what they were dealing with in his pre-draft interview
