So many teams have been burned by these prima donna athletes who can't stay out of trouble teams are writing contracts that give them outs on guaranteed money. So, what happens when the Bengals FO does the exact same thing and the athlete balks at it??? Everyone says they are incompetent. I don't claim the FO is always right, some of you claim the FO is always wrong, no matter what they do. Then look down your nose at those that disagree with you. Perfect example: Trey Hendrickson wants his yearly contract re-do and raise, and the FO offers a 12 million dollar raise that he turns down and sits out = The Bengals FO is stupid, pathetic and incompetent. Meanwhile, TJ Watt wants a new contract and the Steelers are not meeting his number, so he sits out the same amount of time Trey does= The Steelers are one of the best run FO's in the league. People could at least be consistent in the arguments.
Hyperbole again. Literally no one has ever said that.
No one.
