You're kidding, right? Not everything can be judged objectively in a sport with so many moving parts.
When each player has a chip in his shoulder pads and they can measure the precise distance between players and then someone defines exactly what constitutes a pressure, across the board, then you can have your objectivity. Until then, you can subjectively calculate a pressure somewhat objectively by using the criteria established.
Time To Throw, which i think you were talking about, is already part of the equation that is used in some instances. TTT is subjective as well because sometimes the oline is going to break down and sometimes the QB is going to release quick or hold the ball a long time.
