I have a strong suspicion it is the amount of empty Cincinnati likes to run. I have never been able to find personnel data so I can't prove it empirically but I do know that Cincinnati has been running empty more than any other team in the league. This coupled with a shaky offensive line could lead to the stat posted earlier. That's my hypothesis, at least.
