He can line up all over the field and is agile and a lot faster and quicker than his 4.7 40 time suggests.
I've said it all before, but I think he'd be Burrow's best friend in the red zone, as a safety net, and just all over the field because, with teams doubling Chase and showing Higgins extra attention, Klare would be single covered by a safety or a backer, which give me those matchups all day.
And a 4.7 40 is plenty fast for a TE in the NFL.
Gronk - 4.68
Kincaid - 4.71
Eifert - 4.68
Mark Andrews - 4.67
Just to name a few.
I've given up hope Bengals ever drafting a "good" TE in the Taylor era though.
They've had opportunity after opportunity since 2019 and have never pulled the trigger.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
