I'n beginning to think this young man needs a more experienced agent.  His agent is young with only 3 active players under contract...all on rookie deals.  This behavior clause is not the hill to die on

Is it true that he cannot return to the NCAA? I always thought they couldn't return once they signed with an agent because they then became a pro. Now that college athletes are being paid to play in college through NIL, in essence they are already pros, so that argument seems moot.
