Depending on who you hear it from, both here and nationally, it will be portrayed as either the Bengals' fault or Shemar's fault. 

I was a big fan of the Shemar pick because of raw talent, but if there's anyone who ever needed all the coaching they could get, it's Shemar. They have to get him signed by TC, he can't afford to miss a day.
