But in all seriousness, there have not been that many DE’s effective in their age 33-34 seasons.  Not at the contract Trey wants now anyway.

Or Whitworth. But those are all outliers and not the norm. And DE is a position that once you start to falter, you go off a cliff. I remember watching Trey almost unable to walk in the KC games he was going so hard. Does anyone really think he has many more seasons like that in him at his age?
