4 time pro bowler and Lap had 0 I think.  He is the voice of the Bengals otherwise I think others (deservedly) get in before him.

I also think they may need to just do it every other year to not water it down so much. Hate to be negative but Lap was not a ROH level player - if you remove his popularity of being the voice of the Bengals I don’t think he makes it.  Just my opinion go ahead and disagree.

Lap def gets in for his overall contribution and longevity. I agree Montoya was a way more deserving player, but he'll get there soon.
