4 time pro bowler and Lap had 0 I think.  He is the voice of the Bengals otherwise I think others (deservedly) get in before him.

I also think they may need to just do it every other year to not water it down so much. Hate to be negative but Lap was not a ROH level player - if you remove his popularity of being the voice of the Bengals I don’t think he makes it.  Just my opinion go ahead and disagree.  
Not much else to talk about until one of the Edges (hopefully) signs;

under how the bengals established the ROH, Lapham is totally a ROH since it is holistic to what you have done for the Bengals, putting his playing career and his broadcasting and contributions to Bengal Nation he is a ROH.  2 a year is not going to water it down, there at least 6 bengals still deserving plus you have Green, Geno, Whit etc in the wings.
