I think that they will guarantee the 16 million in 2025 (not guaranteed right now), give him a 20 to 25 million bonus all guaranteed.

Then the question becomes what is the guarantee in year 2 as likely no guarantee year 3. Year 3 will be roster bonuses and game played type incentives which are not guaranteed.
