There was some debate as to which tight end coming out of IOWA in 2019 would follow in the footsteps of Dallas Clark and George Kittle as the next great TE from Tight End U. General consensus was that Hockenson was the more complete TE (compared to Kelce), whereas Fant was considered the move TE.
His value in-line may not be high, but as a flex and H-Back, he would be a great addition. That is what I feel he can bring that we are lacking with the loss of All.
