As for Watt and Garrett, both have essentilly 4 year deals, not 3 years deals. Maybe Bengals should offer 3 year extension versus 2 year extension
I think Trey should get guaranteed a lot of oney in 2025 and 2026, then incentive based in 2027. Maybe some guaranteed in year 3, but not more than like 10 milion
Look at Sam Hubbard, who is now 30 years old. I realize he was injured last year, but can anyone really say his performance did not start to drop off around 27 or 28 from where it was before that? Hendrickson wanting guarantees until he is 33 or 34 is ludicrous.
