Geno got hurt. There is slways risk.
I am not arguing there isn't risk. I am saying it is:
1) A risk worth taking and
2) A risk other teams are taking with similar aged all pro DEs. More $$ guaranteed longer.
3) A risk you absolutely take with Burrow, Chase, & Tee already locked up. The window is open. Trey is our best defensive player by a country mile and top 5 DE in the league. Top 3 in pass rush. Who just had the best pass rushing season of any DE in the league, despite having no help at all.
Pay that man his money. Get him in here. Start mentoring and teaching Stewart. Let's go.
