“I don’t want to pay more money for the same team”

So in your snapshot of drafts (2022-2024) , only Baltimore had three pro bowlers ( Linderbaum (2), Flowers (1) and Hamiton (1) from those drafts so far, Steelers, Browns and Bengals had zero. Also looked at the other top dogs in the AFC, KC has zero and Bills had (1) in Pro Bowl.

So outside of Baltimore, we are pretty much in the same boat as Pitts, KC and Bills one.  Also your math did not add up, 2022-2024 we had 10 picks, Balt, KC, Bills had 9 and Steelers had 11.

Went back and according to projected depth charts the Ravens have 9 starters from their top 3 picks in drafts ‘21-24. We have 4. Ours are Chase, CTB, Hill, Mims. Among theirs are Kyle Hamilton, Bateman, Flowers, Linderbaum
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.
