One explanation is he is raw & does not tackle well, nor take good angles. Maybe he gets over excited and overpursues. Maybe his football "sense" isn't that good/IQ that high.
Maybe bit of each.
But he is young. Good work ethic. Seems well liked by coaches & teammates. Coachable.
Despite lacking sacking, he still graded out well vs the run. Some positionsl versatility, willing to play inside some.
Whatever it is, the hope is it is something that can be improved with coaching, experience, learning, & growth.
