Doesn't matter anyway. Even with no wording in the rule, and Blandorko talking about lining up, by his own video they were wrong. The video says only one player needs to "line up" the other player. Not that they have to be squared up, that one player does it. Shazier came in a direct line at Bernard, outside the tackle box and speared him.
Moral of the story? Blandino doesn't know what end he's talking out of because he's wrong in both cases.
