And since very few WRs run 4.35 at the combine I don't see how the entire Vikings WR corps could average less than 4.35.
I did some digging, and it said that it only takes their top 4 WRs into account, and it's only speculation who their top 4 receivers will be.

For those receivers, we’ll find their 40 times and compare them across their peers nationally.
