Marvin should have been gone years ago ! And until he is gone it's just wash, rinse, repeat.
Sad thing is until Mike is gone nothings going to change. Mike's priority list:
1. Loyalty
2. Promote from within
3. Build from draft period - never spend money and fill gaps in FA
4. Win if we can
