Without the Tilt (barring any changes that would have caused to the terrain/weather patterns) It would be about constant year round where ever you happen to be I would believe. except for the non perfect orbit we have would cause slight variation.
the sun would rise and set at the same time every day all year round... you know Complete and udder madness.
