Word I heard was Pryor was looking for #1 WR money. Nobody was going to pay him $12-13m/yr, so he took a 1 year deal somewhere that he was guaranteed the #1 WR job (WAS lost both Garcon and Jackson).
So he will be a #1 WR and showcase his skills for the next FA.
