With you 100%.  This player must be an impact player THIS YEAR.  And I would bet that if it were Ross or Davis, that player could be a huge impact.  I like Charlton, but far from love him.  I see him as another Will Clarke without a couple years of NFL strength training on him.   Third rounder to me.
