I've been all over the state. It's a big state no doubt. Of course its silly to label any entire state based on one city or town. That said, I'm still not all that impressed with Texas as a whole. I kind of like some areas more than others, hill country is nice in spots.. My absolute least favorite area is anywhere within 200 miles of Amarillo .. I spent 5 years there one day.. lol
One place everyone should try running out of gas at is the huge slaughterhouse out on I-40 outside of Amarillo. That happened to me once hitch hiking.. I never did it again.. My nostrils have never been the same since.. lol
