I don't understand all this new-found optimism. It's all a big a smoke screen....meaningless. As we all here are smart enough to have figured out by now, the coaching moves etc, mean nothing... because after all:
Our success (or lack thereof) is already pre-scripted by the league
The league hates us and doesn't want us to succeed.
The NFL only wants the bigger markets to succeed (even though we are a bigger market than Buffalo, Jacksonville and New Orleans).
The refs get together before each game and decide how they're going to cheat against us.
Etc. etc. etc.
So I don't understand all the optimism and enthusiasm, since we all know the above to be true.
It IS all true, isn't it?
