Our front office isn't perfect but let's be real about this.
Over the last 6 or 7 years most observers agree that the roster from top to bottom has been very talented. Even though we don't spend in FA we draft well overall. As others have mentioned the real problem may be our coach and his ability to take this team to the next level. I'm in the minority but I also think that Dalton is similar to our coach in that he's not terrible but he isn't good enough to take us to that next level.
So in the end, I do blame the front office but not for the reasons that you and many others here have. (I would 100% agree that they should spend more in FA)
