Great share, Harley. And I agree, they do look good on paper. But what really sticks out the most to me, is when one of the other talking heads (I forget which one) said something about the coaching changes, along the lines of "The entire building is rejuvenated". Things like that speak more to culture change, attitudinal change, a raising of expectations.
While it's true that this is another "reset" of the Bengals under Marvin Lewis, this latest group of young talent to join the team at least has the benefit of joining in with a corps of veteran performers that are more used to winning seasons, than losing seasons. When people speak of "windows" of opportunity, I really feel like the Bengals window for the next 2-3 years can be as good as it was with the 2015 group.
