I'm not saying he was the worst.  I'm saying he was stale, stubborn to a fault, and lacked the necessary creativity to get the team over the hump.  He was in a rut.  Hopefully the new guy is up to the task, we know from 16 years of trying that Marvin wasn't.  I think the guy is a bright, young, energetic, and innovative offensive mind, based on what I've researched on him.  Others do as well, including his current boss.  The last time we brought a similar style of coach was in '84.
