I 1,000% believe the only players that have shined under Marvin (to one degree or another) are the ones that would have shined anywhere. Chad, Palmer, TJ, AJ, Geno, Whit, Big Willie, and so on.

Player development and getting the most out of average/good players has been little to nothing during his entire tenure.
