There's a reason for the lack of urgency in getting the staff set. That reason is the focus is on 2020. Even Hobson says the focus is on 2020 and beyond. So this isn't no secret.
He said that? I wonder how AJ Green, Atkins, Dalton, Dunlap etc would feel about that, given their ages.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
